Our Organization

JeWe Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is part of Indomi, which operates several businesses within the healthcare sector. We are driven by a strong commitment with heart in our operations and the ambition to provide good care where everyone who comes to us feels seen and valued. The group has many years of experience in psychiatric and health care, foster care, HVB homes, and housing support.

JeWe Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is located in Borlänge and Orsa and operates on behalf of Region Dalarna. We receive children and adolescents for assessment, treatment, and investigation in specialist psychiatric outpatient care, with the guiding principle “With heart for the children – focusing on quality and individual-centered care.”

We are now looking for another nurse who, together with us, wants to continue developing and shaping the clinic's work moving forward.

About the Role

As a nurse with us, you have a central role in meeting children and adolescents with mental health issues, and you actively contribute to providing high-quality care. Your main responsibilities include psychiatric assessments, triage, medical follow-up, as well as counseling and support for children and adolescents and their families.

You will also function as a primary care contact, which means a coordinating responsibility to ensure continuity and safety in the care chain.

Your role includes participating in and sometimes leading group therapies, together with other professional groups in the team. You will also participate in care planning, treatment conferences, team meetings, and collaborate with external actors such as schools, social services, and other healthcare providers within the child's network.

An important part of the job is also to ensure clear and accurate documentation according to current guidelines and to contribute to the development of the organization through participation in improvement work and quality follow-up.

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to the mental health of children and adolescents, who works independently but also thrives in a team. You have good collaboration skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle varying tasks in a dynamic and development-oriented environment.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse or specialist nurse in psychiatry, preferably with experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, who is ready to take on a new exciting challenge. You are a person who values the important work with children and adolescents' mental health and wants to contribute to a prominent and accessible child and adolescent psychiatry. You always put the patient first and are responsible and motivated in your work.

As a person, you easily adapt to changing circumstances and value interdisciplinary collaboration. To thrive with us, it is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and can plan and prioritize your work effectively. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Our Offer

With us, you will have a meaningful and developing workday where your commitment to children's and adolescents' mental health truly makes a difference. We value both your competence and your well-being and offer good conditions for you to grow in your role as a nurse.

You will have the opportunity for continuous professional development through further education and internal training, as well as regular supervision and collegial support.

The work is conducted with trust-based working hours, which provides flexibility and better conditions to plan your workday.

As an employee, you are covered by collective agreements, occupational pensions, and good insurance conditions. We also offer wellness grants and actively work to promote a sustainable work environment with a balance between work and private life.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where collaboration, development, and participation are at the center – with us, you contribute both with your own expertise and to our continuous improvement together.

Recruitment Process

Selection will take place on an ongoing basis. Prior to any employment, a check will be made in the Police's suspicion and criminal record register. We therefore ask applicants who are called for an interview to order an extract. Occurrence in the registers may affect your chances of employment.
